As a source factory we customize fabric, thread count, size system, woven logo, care labels, Pantone colors and retail packaging, then ship factory-direct. The trial minimum is just 100 sets per design (most competitors ask 300–500), so you can launch or test a private-label range without tying up capital. Both OEM (we make your design) and ODM (you customize ours) are available.

OEM vs. ODM bedding — which do you need?
Both let you sell bedding under your own brand. The difference is who owns the design. Most private-label programs start with ODM (faster, lower risk) and graduate to full OEM as the brand matures.

Logo — woven, embroidered or printed
Your logo woven into a label, embroidered on the duvet cover or pillow sham, or printed on packaging. Damask woven labels for a premium feel; satin care labels for compliance.
Labels & compliance
Custom main labels, size labels and care/content labels in any language — including FTC fiber-content and country-of-origin labeling for the US and Arabic labeling for the Gulf (SASO). RN and care symbols applied at source.
Pantone color matching
We match yarn-dyed and printed colors to your Pantone (TCX/TPG) references and send a lab dip for sign-off before bulk, so every reorder stays consistent.
Size system
Cut to any market: US Twin/Full/Queen/King, UK & EU metric, Australian, or Middle East sizes — duvet cover, flat/fitted sheet and pillowcases matched as a set.
Packaging & inserts
Custom poly bags, gift boxes, drawstring bags, header cards, hang tags and printed inserts. Retail-ready or Amazon FBA prep (poly-bag + FNSKU labeling) done in-house.
Fabric, weave & GSM
Choose the base — sateen, percale, brushed cotton, cotton-linen, Lyocell/Tencel — with thread count (200/300/400 TC) and GSM re-woven to your target hand-feel and price point.
How a private-label order works
From first enquiry to repeat production, the path is built to de-risk your first order.
1 · Brief & quote
Send your design, reference or category target. We advise on fabric, construction and MOQ, and quote factory-direct pricing.
2 · Sample & sign-off
We make a pre-production sample with your logo, labels and colors. You approve hand-feel, fit and finish before bulk — lab dips for color, a sewn sample for construction.
3 · Bulk production
Production runs at 100 sets per design minimum, with three in-line quality inspections (greige, sewing, final) before packing.
4 · QC, packing & ship
Final AQL inspection, your retail or FBA-ready packaging, then factory-direct shipping with full export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, B/L).

- Do you make private-label and OEM bedding?
- Yes. We are a source-factory OEM and ODM bedding manufacturer in Nantong, China. We produce four-piece sets, duvet covers, sheet sets and summer quilts under your brand, with custom fabric, logo, labels, sizes, Pantone colors and packaging.
- What is the minimum order quantity for private-label bedding?

- What's the difference between OEM and ODM here?
- With OEM you supply the design or tech pack and we manufacture it; with ODM you customize one of our production-proven designs (color, size, logo, packaging) under your own brand. ODM is faster and lower-risk; OEM is fully bespoke.
- Can you put my logo and care labels on the bedding?
- Yes — woven or embroidered logos, custom main/size/care labels in any language, including FTC (US) and SASO/Arabic (Gulf) compliant labeling, all applied at the factory.
- Do you provide samples before bulk production?
- Yes. We make a pre-production sample with your logo, labels and matched colors for sign-off before bulk. Lab dips confirm color and a sewn sample confirms construction.
- Which markets do you supply?
- We export to the Middle East, Europe, Australia and the Americas, cutting to each market's size system and meeting its labeling rules. Multilingual labeling and documentation are handled at source.
