1. Wholesale-only platform
This website is a pure B2B wholesale platform operated by Nantong Dream Space Trading Co., Ltd.. It is intended for overseas trading companies, wholesalers and cross-border e-commerce businesses. We do not accept individual retail or single-piece orders. The minimum is 100 sets for each color and size combination; quantities from different colors or sizes cannot be combined to meet it.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse the inquiry forms, attempt to disrupt the service, or infringe our intellectual property. All content, branding, copy and imagery are the property of BeddingTextilePro or its licensors.
3. Product information & pricing
Product specifications are provided in good faith based on our mills' parameters. Swatches and representative graphics are for illustration; physical samples are authoritative. Trade pricing is provided by quotation only and is subject to confirmation, minimum order quantity, specification, lead time and market conditions at the time of order.
4. Inquiries & quotations
Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding contract. A binding order arises only upon a written agreement (e.g. proforma invoice / sales contract) confirmed by both parties, including agreed specifications, quantity, price, delivery terms and payment terms.
5. Delivery & compliance
We support FOB, CIF and DDP delivery. Where applicable we can assist with OEKO-TEX compliance, certificate of origin and factory inspection reports. Import duties, clearance and local compliance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Website pages support product discovery and RFQ preparation; they do not replace the quotation, approved sample, final specification, purchase order or contract for a specific transaction. Confirm product scope, quantity, packaging, Incoterm, documents and acceptance points in the order records.
Catalogue information and order documents
Product pages describe the currently published catalogue record and available customization fields. Images can identify a product or illustrate a construction, but screen color and photography cannot define the approved bulk color. A buyer should state the exact SKU or category, finished dimensions, components, material, construction, color reference, quantity for each variant and packaging in the RFQ.
The commercial scope is fixed through the quotation, specification, approved sample, purchase order and contract. If those records differ from general website wording, the mutually approved transaction documents govern the order. A change after approval should be recorded as a new revision with any price, timing or material effect made explicit.
MOQ, quotations and external references
The site-wide minimum is 100 sets for every color-and-size combination, without pooling across colors or sizes. A quotation applies to its stated specification, quantity matrix, validity and trade basis. External links support research but are controlled by their publishers and do not modify an order or these site terms.
