Do you accept individual retail or single-piece orders? What is the MOQ?

No. We are a pure B2B export wholesaler and do not accept any individual retail, single-piece or small scattered orders. Our standard minimum is 100 sets per style, serving overseas trading companies, wholesalers and cross-border e-commerce buyers for supply, customization and export.
Are you a factory or a trading middleman? Is the supply first-hand?

We are a source-factory direct supply chain. We work on locked, dedicated production lines at large-scale weaving and finishing mills in Nantong. All goods ship directly from the mill — no middleman, no subcontracting, no order flipping. It is genuine first-hand source supply.
Can you provide mill certifications and customs-clearance documents?

Yes. Backed by our partner mills' formal qualifications, we can arrange a full set of OEKO-TEX Standard 100 compliance, certificate of origin and factory inspection reports — fully aligned with mainstream clearance requirements in Europe, Australia and the Middle East.
Are the product specs real? Can you customize standard 40s / 60s counts?

Every yarn count, density, weight and composition is the mill's original, verifiable parameter — fully transparent. We support directed customization of 40s / 60s long-staple cotton, 13372 high density, 165g heavyweight and other mainstream specifications for each market.
Is large-order capacity stable? Will production be subcontracted out?

Capacity is highly stable. We hold fixed machine slots and monthly capacity at the mill. Full-container and annual reorders are reliably covered. All orders are produced, inspected and shipped in-house — never subcontracted, never mixed with low-grade commodity goods.
How do I verify you are a first-hand factory source, not a middleman?

We can open up real product photography, workshop production videos, mill qualifications and shipping ledgers to confirmed buyers. The full chain — sampling, weaving, production, QC and container loading — is traceable, with no re-trading link in between.
What payment terms and delivery modes do you support?

We are familiar with Middle-East T/T and Europe/US L/C risk-control practices, and support FOB, CIF and DDP delivery. Backed by stable mill capacity, we keep price, lead time, quality and after-sales consistent.
How do you guarantee quality before bulk production?

All custom orders are sampled directly at the mill workshop. Only after you confirm the style, color and craft do we put the order into bulk weaving — preventing off-spec goods and excessive color difference at the source. A three-stage QC (fabric spot-check, in-line patrol, full finished-goods inspection) follows.
