Bedding sold through Amazon FBA has specific prep rules, and getting them wrong means rejected or relabeled shipments. The essentials: each unit must be in a transparent poly-bag at least 1.5 mil thick, carry a suffocation warning if the bag opening is 5 inches or larger, and show a scannable FNSKU label on the outside. Poly-bag requirements

• Transparent and at least 1.5 mil thick so the FNSKU scans through it.
• Bag fully sealed and sized close to the product.
• Suffocation warning printed on any bag with an opening of 5 inches or more — required for soft goods.
• Any manufacturer barcode on the product covered so only the FNSKU scans.

FNSKU labeling

Each unit needs its Amazon FNSKU barcode applied to the outside of the poly-bag, scannable without opening the bag. The label must be flat, legible and not wrapped around a corner. Provide your factory with the FNSKU artwork and they can print and apply it per unit during prep.

Carton and shipment rules

• Master cartons within Amazon's weight and dimension limits, with shipment/box labels applied.
• No mixed SKUs in a box unless labeled as such; keep cartons consistent for receiving.
• Avoid over-stuffing — cartons must survive transit without crushing the goods.
